Police have announced a $100,000 reward for information regarding the suspicious death of a toddler in the Hunter, more than 10 years ago.
Jordan William Thompson, aged 21 months, was rushed to Singleton Base Hospital in March 2005, after he was found unresponsive at his house.
A post mortem revealed the toddler had ingested a lethal dose of a prescribed anti-depressant medication.
His mother, Bernice Swales, who wasn’t home during the incident, spoke during a police conference today.
“Not a day goes by that I don’t think of him,” she said.
Police are encouraging anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
