Water restrictions in Tamworth are set to ease next week, following council’s decision to reinstate the current Drought Management Plan.
Chaffey Dam is sitting at nearly 60 per cent, while Dungowan Dam is at more than 90 per cent.
On Saturday October 24 the city will move from level two restrictions to level one.
Residents will be able to use sprinklers and hoses daily, between 6 and 8pm.
