“CENTRAL COAST” MISIDENTIFIED IN EMERGENCY WARNINGS

The Central Coast community is calling for the region to be clearly identified by powers that be in the wake of the catastrophic fire conditions.

Bureau of Meteorology alerts currently refer to the region as the Greater Hunter or Greater Sydney area – which has confused some residents.
