Queensland’s tough anti-bike laws are again under fire, after another court case was thrown out.
Dubbed the “ice cream bikies” – five Victorians arrested in Surfers Paradise have had ALL charges against them dropped, as the evidence was simply too weak.
It’s estimated the failed prosecution cost the State around half a million dollars.
