A 22 year old man will front court next month, accused of a one punch assault of a security guard at the Florida Beach Bar in Terrigal overnight.
Just before 7pm, the 22 year old was asked to leave the hotel, but refused.
It is alleged the accused then punched the security guard once in the head, knocking him unconscious.
He has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and common assault and will front Gosford Local court on October 20.
