NSW GOVERNMENT TO MAKE CSG NEGOTIATIONS EASIER FOR LANDHOLDERS

The New South Wales Government is working to make negotiations with coal seam gas companies, easier for land owners.

The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal is seeking submissions on the legislative changes, which could develop a framework for owners to assess land access and compensation proposals.

The Gloucester community will also have a chance to have its say on the plans, at a public forum next month.
