Bendemeer’s Josh Hazlewood will make his return to cricket next month, after the 24-year-old was named in the New South Wales Blues one-day cup squad.
Fresh from the recent Ashes tour and World Cup win, selectors hope the fast bowler will help the side clinch its first one-day tournament since 2005.
The Blues have been runners up in the competition for the past two seasons.
Their first game will be against South Australia on October 8.
