After 25 years with the Samaritans, Cec Shevels has announced he will retire in January.
Right Reverend Dr Peter Stuart, Assistant Bishop of Newcastle and Chair of Samaritans board said, “Cec has made an outstanding contribution to people’s welfare and social justice in the Hunter, Manning and Central Coast regions for 25 years. His leadership within the Anglican Church and the wider community is very highly regarded. He has made an immense difference to so many people.”
