NSW DROUGHT LOAN APPLICATIONS OPEN
Local farmers will be able to access more than $50 million in drought recovery and concession loans from the state government.
Areas of the North West region remain impacted by drought, including Narrabri and the Moree Plains, which have experienced historically low rainfall over the past two years.
The loans are part of the State Government’s $300 million Drought Strategy, to help farmers prepare and manage their debt.
