A 42-year-old Collarenebri man will face court next month after allegedly drink driving with three children in the car.
Police say just before 8pm yesterday the man was pulled over on the Gwydir Highway, 20 kilometres west of Moree, where he returned a positive breath test.
He was arrested and taken to Moree Police Station, where he allegedly returned a reading of 0.257.
