COTTON INDUSTRY CALLS FOR CHINA FTA APPROVAL
The cotton industry is calling on the federal government to quickly approve the China-Australia Free Trade Agreement.
Cotton Australia CEO, Adam Kay, says about 65 per cent of the country’s annual crop is exported to China, and over the past two seasons that’s equated to $1-billion for the sector.
