NEWCASTLE CELEBRATES KATE BUSH’S WUTHERING HEIGHTS

King Edward Park was taken over by Kate Bush look-a-likes this morning, in celebration of her song Wuthering Heights.
Dressed in her signature red, more than 100 people re-created the moves to her 1978 song.
The event in Newcastle was part of a global movement.
“It’s the most Wuthering Heights day ever. It started in 2013 in the UK where a flashmob called Shambush started it off and that went viral on Youtube and various Facebook groups have been set up and events have taken place,” said organiser Linda Drummond.
