MAN ACCUSED OF ROBBING STROKE VICTIM HAS CHARGE DROPPED

A Lake Macquarie man charged with stealing from a stroke victim will soon walk free – the case against him, dropped today.

The development came after the victim’s family chose not to give evidence against 29-year-old Michael Moroney-Paine.
