Two months after Wyong Council General Manager, Michael Whittaker, announced his resignation, his replacement has been named.
Rob Noble will begin his 12-month acting position on September 14, with council holding out on a longer timeframe due to the possibility of amalgamation.
Mr Noble has experience in the position, working at Caboolture Council for seven years before it was amalgamated.
He’s also served as acting General Manager of Newcastle Council, and grew up in the region.
