Three boys will be dealt with under the Young Offenders Act after they were allegedly caught on camera placing large rocks on rail lines at Warnervale.
It’s alleged a nine-year-old and two 12-year-old boys placed the rocks on lines near the Sparks Road overpass shortly before 3pm on Wednesday.
The trio was arrested by police yesterday.
