The Woy Woy community is continuing to mobilise over the pending closure of the Woy Woy Motor Registry next month.
Residents have collected more than 12,000 signatures in opposition to the move, which will force them to travel to Gosford to access government services.
Protestors say the 10 kilometre journey is too far for the area’s older population.
The state government says the closure is in line with its mission to increase services and reduce duplication.
