FINGER AMPUTATED AFTER HOTEL SCUFFLE
A woman has been charged with grevious bodily harm after a hotel employee’s finger was crushed in a door, resulting in a partial amputation.
About 7pm on Monday night, an 18-year-old woman entered a hotel at Budgewoi on the Central Coast despite being repeatedly asked to leave by staff.
After further attempts to get the woman to leave by staff, a door slammed and injured a finger of an employee.
The 30-year-old female employee was taken to John Hunter Hospital, where the tip of her finger was amputated.
