A 35-year-old Queensland man will face court after he allegedly crashed a car, while travelling at more than 170 kilometres per hour, with two children inside.
Northbound traffic at Sleepy Hollow on the Pacific Motorway was brought to a halt, while emergency crews cleaned up the debris.
The man was charged with mid-range drink driving and exceeding the speed limit by more than 45 kilometres an hour.
Remarkably, no-one was injured.
