A cyclist in his 20s was airlifted to John Hunter Hospital with serious injuries last night, after a head on crash with a four-wheel-drive at Gorokan.
Emergency Services were called to the incident on Arlington Street just before midnight, where the man suffered serious head injuries.
Police are appealing for witnesses to determine how the crash happened.
