A motion to ban coal seam gas mining from the Northern Rivers was dropped at the National Party conference yesterday.
Lismore MP Thomas George says there’s no point endorsing a ban, when the government is already in the process of buying back licenses.

I guess the MP doesn’t want to upset the CSG industry after all… Just like Trussy up here .. Then again Glen L is not happy with Wazza and wants him to resign … What does Thommo the good MP think about this … ?! Over a good red, Thommo and Wazza would have ‘stuff’ t talk turkey on …. Much stuff …!!!
We can’t rely on the politicians to protect us from this craziness, we have to stand up ourselves.
