Firefighters in breathing apparatus have dragged an unconscious man from a burning house in southern Lake Macquarie.
Emergency crews rushed to the house at Silverwater, near Morisset, just after 2pm.
The man was resuscitated by ambulance officers and flown to Sydney’s Royal North Shore Hospital in a critical condition.
