MANNING VET HOPING TO REDUCE NUMBER OF UNWANTED ANIMALS

A Taree veterinary clinic is giving free treatment to Mid North Coast pets this weekend – its aim, to de-sex up to 400 animals.

Taree’s Animal Welfare League joined Manning Veterinary Hospital today to provide the free gesture for our furry friends.

The vet hopes the program will help reduce the amount of unwanted animals in the community.

The team started with dogs today – cats will be the focus tomorrow.
