The Australian women’s bowls squad is wasting no time in preparing for the Commonwealth Games.
A group of 20 hopefuls is getting in some valuable time on the greens well in advance.
“we had the commonwealth games in melbounre in 2006 and we were down there every couple of months, getting on the greens and making it feel like our territory, it’s great to be getting in three years in advance and hopefully it will give us a big advantage.”
The camp will continue through till Sunday.
