A realistic simulation at the new Grafton Bridge project site has given first responders a chance to test their skills in an emergency.
Ambulance officers and SES crews simulated the rescue of an injured worker on the bridge over the Clarence River.
The worker was winched more than 10 metres from the top of the pier to a vessel waiting below.
