In a bid to improve education standards, TAFE New England has formed a panel of 11 business leaders to help modernise courses.
The education facility is looking to target areas of growth from across the region by taking on board local input.
“That will benefit students, especially in remote areas, tremendously. And we want to know, and TAFE wants to know, especially from professionals, what students out in those areas want.”
The Advisory Council will meet every three months.
