International rally car drivers are on course to return to the Coffs Coast next year.
Rally Australia is now one of nine events proposed at this stage for next year’s World Rally Championship.
The Australian nomination will now be submitted for final ratification by the FIA World Motor Sport Council.
Providing this year’s Coffs Harbour event between the 10th and 13th of September runs smoothly, the rally will be back next year and possibly two years after that.
