The Joint Regional Planning Panel has approved two developments worth a combined value of $230-million in Gosford’s CBD.
The Mariners plaza on Mann Street is the biggest of the two proposals, worth $190-million.
It will consist of two residential towers, a hotel, licensed pub, retail space and supermarket.
While on Erina Street, a mixed residential and commercial building will be built.
