WEATHER: MORE COLD AIR ON THE WAY

The bright blue skies and westerly winds have continued into the new week.

Temperatures have come up marginally, but get ready to see them plummet once again.

Another vigorous cold front will punish Tasmania and the south east, with more cold air on the way. This is likely to be the coldest polar blast of the past week.

The winds will then bend around to the south east and coastal showers will return by the weekend.
