WATER RESTRICTIONS EASE IN NUNDLE
Nundle has now been returned to the lowest water restrictions.
Known as permanent water conservation measures, it allows the use of sprinklers, sprays and fixed hoses anytime between 4pm and 9am.
Trigger nozzles, buckets or watering cans can be used, but residents are still being urged to conserve water where they can.
The ease in restrictions comes following good rainfall in the Peel catchment since Easter.
But despite the rainfall there has not been enough inflow to substantially increase the level of Chaffey Dam – which is still sitting at 33 per cent.
