Two teenagers have been charged and another person is on the run, following an attempted armed robbery at Cardiff last night.
Three men, armed with a knife and sledgehammer, entered the premises on Main Road just before midnight and allegedly threatened an employee.
The group was unable to get cash from the safe and fled when police arrived.
An 18-year-old man and a 19-year-old man were arrested a short time later and charged with intent to rob while armed with an offensive weapon.
They’ll face Toronto Local Court today.
