A Nambucca Heads man has pleaded not guilty to sending explicit material to a teenage girl.
Police searched Peter John Ling’s property on Short Street on Friday May 24, where they seized three mobile phones.
The 38-year-old was arrested and taken to Macksville Police Station where he was charged with using a carriage service to harass the young girl.
He faced court today, with the matter adjourned until July.
He was granted bail.
