Police have charged a 29-year-old driver following a crash on the M1 that killed two men yesterday.
Shortly before 5am on Boxing Day, a south-bound Mitsubishi hit an embankment north of Jolls bridge.
Two men died at the scene.
Three other men, including the driver, were taken to hospital for treatment.
At 10am today, the driver attended Auburn Police Station where he was charged with negligent driving occasioning death and will appear at Burwood Local Court next month.
