Police are urging anyone who was outside the Beachcomber Hotel at the time of the stabbing murder of Greg Gibbons to come forward.
Police say any information will help them piece together the circumstances surrounding the crime.
“We believe there was somewhere between 50 and 60 people milling around the front of that hotel and the nearby fast-food outlet at the time that stabbing occured.”
Meanwhile, the second victim, a 25 year-old man, is expected to be released from hospital in the coming days.
