Sea turtles impacted by coastal erosion

Nesting season is well underway in the Northern Rivers – with at least eleven turtles laying their eggs already.

But Turtle Watch volunteers say they’re having to frequently relocate nests, to keep them from being washed away due to coastal erosion.
