It’s been revealed, a Gold Coast woman who died after undergoing surgery in Mexico last week…was receiving cosmetic implants.
Now, Evita Sarmonikas’ mother and sister are facing a bill upwards of $30,000 to bring her body home to Australia.
Ms Sarmonikas underwent surgery last Friday…but died in her hospital bed of a suspected heart-attack.
The 29-year-old didn’t have travel insurance…and signed a waiver prior to the surgery releasing the Hospital from all liability in the result of her death.
