STATE TITLES CONTINUE AT UMINA
The New South Wales surf lifesaving championships continued at Umina Beach today, with clubs from around the state battling it out for day two of the open championships.
Competitors in ski, board relay and boat racing contested the 2 to 3 foot waves on the usually calm stretch.
There’ll be more to watch tomorrow, with Terrigal Ironman Jack Moyes due to hit the beach for the last day of finals.
Many of the athletes will also be using the competition as training for next month’s national titles.
