Residents are expected to begin moving into the Eclipse residential development on Union Street in Newcastle next month.
Of 94 apartments, only three remain to be sold, with most being snapped up by owner-occupiers.
Developer, ‘Parkway Accommodation’, began construction of the $35-million development 18 months ago.
The site was formally home to the Bimet Lodge.
