Plans to continue the revitalisation of Newcastle’s CBD are moving forward, with a second series of community workshops and forums to be held from April.
Design Newcastle encourages residents to put forward their ideas about future development, particularly in the wake of the rail line truncation.
“I think any sort of change of this scale is, there’s going to be a whole range of opinions and that’s I think that’s a healthy part of the process. Certainly our view at this point is to say what can the city become in the future.”
