A man in Armidale has been charged with possessing house breaking implements.
Police stopped a 44-year-old man riding a bicycle on Watson Avenue, after reports of multiple break-ins in the area.
They searched the man and allegedly located fingerless gloves, screwdrivers, hex keys, pliers, a stainless steel folding knife and a slingshot.
He was charged with a string of offences.
The man who is an Armidale local will appear in Armidale Local Court on March 16.
