Love was certainly in the air in Taree today.
Florists were run off their feet trying to keep up with demand on Valentine’s Day, their busiest day of the year.
Thousands of roses were sold, with the traditional Red Colombian proving the most popular.
Preparations began for the big event on Wednesday, with many working into the early hours of this morning to ensure the message of love could be spread across the region.
