MAN AIRLIFTED FOLLOWING COLLISION WITH SCHOOL BUS
A 65-year-old man suffered serious injuries when his four-wheel-drive collided with a school bus on the Central Coast late this afternoon.
The bus and the BMW came together on Oak Road at Matcham at about four o’clock.
The man was trapped in the four-wheel-drive for about an hour, before being transported to a nearby oval, and airlifted to John Hunter Hospital suffering head and chest injuries.
The two students and driver onboard the bus escaped injury.
