CRAIG THOMSON CASE HEADS BACK TO COURT
Former Central Coast MP, Craig Thomson, will head back to court next month to defend civil charges relating to the alleged misuse of Health Services Union funds.
Fair Work Commission general manager, Bernadette O’Neill, has filed papers in the Federal Court, saying she’s “seeking to re-enliven matters relating to Mr Thomson’s alleged inappropriate use of union credit cards for escort services and personal expenditure whilst he was on annual leave.”
The civil case had been stayed during Mr Thomson’s recent criminal matter.
The matter is set down for trial from March 30.
