ROBBERY IN PARADISE

Police are appealing for information following a robbery at Paradise Tourist Park in Tamworth this morning.

Just after 10:30, police were called to the Peel Street property, after reports a man had entered the reception area and threatened staff.

He fled the scene with cash, which was later recovered.

Crime Manager Phil O’Reilly says, “the man who is described as last seen wearing black shorts, was last seen running in a southerly direction along the Armidale Road, south of Tamworth City Toyota.”
