A 31-year-old Ashford man has been charged with cultivation and supply of cannabis.
Just after 6 o’clock last night police were patrolling South Valley Road, where an amount of cannabis was located in his vehicle.
A nearby property was later searched, where cannabis leaves and 287 plants valued at $574,000 were seized.
He’ll front Inverell Local Court in March.
