Labor has been busy selling its commitment to trade training centres across the state.
Today the party reminded voters of its $5-million investment at Alstonville High, Induna School, Grafton and South Grafton Highschools, and the Trinity Catholic College.
“It’s allowing us to offer vocational training and hospitality which is obviously an identified need in this region and that’s part of the project.”
This s all well and good. However, the money would be much more effectively spent if it was put into funding TAFE.
