Taree’s Alex Cudlin is on his way to the Middle East for the second last round of the Qatar Superbike Championship.
The 28-year-old has moved within 15-points of the lead, after falling 60-points behind when a mechanical problem led him to miss two-races earlier this year.
Cudlin has won the championship a record four-times and is the defending title holder.
A local rider is currently in first pace, but Alex is confident he can snatch the win.
