Police are investigating whether a lit cigarette caused a fire that claimed the life of a man on the Central Coast.
Fire crews were called to a unit in Manuka Parade at Gorokan yesterday afternoon. After extinguishing the flames, they found the body of a 69-year-old man inside.
A report is being prepared for the Coroner.
