POLICE SAY THEY WON’T TOLERATE ‘COWARDLY ATTACKS’

Police have issued a stern warning after what they’ve labelled as several ‘cowardly attacks.’
Two officers were assaulted by a group of men at Shoal Bay on Saturday, while a paramedic was attacked the same day at Carrington.
Yesterday, a 28-year-old man faced court over the bashing of a bus driver at Raymond Terrace.
“It’s not on and certainly from a NSW police force perspective we’ll use all available resources to identify them, as we have on the last two occasions, and put them before the courts.”
