Killarney Vale hockey star, Matt Dawson, has wowed crowds during the Kookaburra’s clash with India in Perth overnight.
It was the 20-year-old’s debut with the top Australian men’s side, which sealed the win, four nil.
Dawson received a rap from coaches and commentators, especially for plays in the third and fourth quarters.
The Aussies will play the side three more times this week, before heading to India to take them on at home.
