Volunteers have helped transform the once polluted Browns Creek into a healthy waterway.
A recent study has given the creek – which was once full of rubbish – a clean bill of health.
It’s thanks to the hard work of local volunteers and Taree Council.
The Friends of Browns Creek group will celebrate the success with an open day on Saturday.
